If you order the eBook as well as a hard copy, you will have immediate access (the morning of June 16^th) to all that glorious information you see in the Table of Contents shown above.

4- FYI, the paperback will sell for $24 and the hardcover for $35. Paper has gotten expensive I know, but this book will be well worth your investment.
